Bilingual Design Services Consultant

Some of what you will do:

The Design Services Consultant will create custom designs for our small business customers and partner with our inside & outside sales team to provide further services and design. You enable our work, learn, and grow culture for our customers and associates. Passionate about design and print production, you continuously grow your knowledge by committing to ongoing self-development and share your expertise with your team members. You will be responsible for connecting with customers or inside and outside sales team to understand their graphic design needs, share your expertise and provide suggestions to enhance the customer’s design.

Specifically, You Will:

Ensure brand consistency, be the brand guardian to ensure effective messaging and strong brand recognition for the customer.
Create or Re-create artwork requirements to meet customer requests.
Ensure accuracy and quality for all designs.
Provide suggestions to enhance customer’s design.
Collaborate with inside sale teams, outside sales teams and customers to understand scope of design project.
 

Some of what you need:

Post Secondary education with a degree or diploma in graphic design.
Strong layout and design capabilities.
Strong knowledge of Digital Design (Infographics, social media posts).
Knowledge in photo retouching and restoration.
Strong working knowledge or design software (Adobe Creative Suite) & Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint).
Strong grasp of colour theory, typography print production and principles of design.
Solid design and conceptual skills with an acute interest in current design trends.
Graphic Design Experience (3+ years).
Customer Service (1+ years).
Print Production is an asset.
