We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a
Business Systems Analyst – Capital Markets
in
Toronto, ON (On-site).
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements and processes related to pricing models, OTC derivatives, and financial risk management.
- Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, case development, and result analysis.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with pricing strategies and models, including OTC derivatives pricing, P&L reporting and attribution, XVA, and risk analysis.
- Solid understanding of counterparty credit risk (CCR) and Credit Valuation Adjustment (CVA) capital is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, perform business process modeling, and create detailed documentation within the financial industry.
- Excellent analytical and data mining skills with a focus on extracting actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test design, case development, execution, and result documentation.
- Familiarity with capital markets and a strong grasp of financial markets and credit risk is a valuable asset.
