Customer Service And Sales Support Representative

PFSL Investment is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our North York, Ontario office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with issues.
• Support sales team with lead management and follow-ups.
• Develop product knowledge to assist both customers and sales.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales reporting.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

Qualifications:

• Min: College Diploma
• Experience in customer service or sales support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Sales-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
