Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll provide first-class assistance to clients, ensure smooth enrolling of clients and resolve concerns, and contribute to product improvements by collaborating closely with internal teams and customer feedback channels.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Apply consistent troubleshooting methods to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns promptly
  • Help identify, document, and escalate product issues for verification
  • Advocate for product/service enhancements based on customer feedback
