Customer Service Clerk - Premium Rate

Valleyview Co-op is hiring a FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK at our KENTON STORE in Kenton, Manitoba.

What you’ll do:

Provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards. Key responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Operating point of sale, completing customer purchases and packaging
• Receive, store, and manage product from vendors including hardware, feed, animal health products, and oil and lube and food products. 
• Assist the Manager in leading the team with ordering, receiving, and displaying the product. 
• Maintain shelf and display stock and organize all goods intended for sale to meet established standards
• Guides team members on distribution of work and complete housekeeping and maintenance in the department in accordance to standards and established schedules

• Class 5 license
• Able to lift 50lbs or greater

Applicant must be available to work 40 hours a week on variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, on a rotating schedule.
