Customer Service Rep (Full Time) - Mirabel, QC

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer care and quality control support by handling inbound inquiries with a consistently polite and professional demeanor.
  • Efficiently manage customer voicemails by listening, responding, and taking necessary actions to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the QC Support mailbox, delivering timely and effective responses to inquiries as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all customer issues to facilitate effective follow-up and resolution.
  • Communicate with field personnel in a clear and concise manner, utilizing bullet points for enhanced clarity and efficiency.
  • Draft subject-specific emails that clearly outline the required actions, updating them as issues progress through different phases.
  • Process credit and rebill requests, ensuring all necessary management approvals are secured prior to execution.

Education \: 

  • High school graduate or equivalent experience
  • College diploma (an asset)

Experience \: 

  • 2 to 4 years experience in sales and customer service. 

Skills :

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Functional bilingualism. (French and English)
  • Good knowledge of IT tools. Windows / Microsoft Office 365
  • Be a leader and a good team player.
