Sales and Relationship Representative
As an integral part of the Manderley family, the Sales and Relationship Representative will play role in capturing and converting inbound sales, identifying new market opportunities and providing existing Manderley customers with the highest level of service and support.
As someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, you handle every interaction with prospective, new and existing accounts in a professional matter, whether in person, over the phone or by email.
Dedicated to delivering impeccable service, you must excels in tasks including when performing order management, issue resolution, providing tactical inside sales support with potential new accounts and excel in building relationships with Manderley’s customers and potential new customers, while providing exceptional support and service. cold calling, site and merchandising visits, problem solving, providing helpful tips or aftercare.
What will YOU be doing as the Sales and Relationship Representative?
• Answer inbound phone calls with professionalism.
• Identify inbound sales opportunities.
• Set honest customer expectations.
• Process orders with accuracy, always verify information with the customer.
• Manage assigned accounts to ensure they are meeting expectations.
• Ensure client accounts are paid within agreed upon terms – take action to ensure customers remain current.
• Address any customer concerns in a helpful and detailed manner.
• Record information accurately in Business Central and CRM.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use various prospecting strategies to compile a list of new business targets.
• Perform site visits to support brand, channel, merchandising and sell-through activities.
• Perform other duties as required.
What YOU bring to the table:
• College or University degree in, sales, or customer service.
• 2-3 years of selling experience, B2B experience an asset.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Understanding of business, financial concepts and comfort with numbers.
• Valid driver’s license, clean abstract.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.
• Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and e-mail.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Compensation is $20.00 hourly.
