The Role

You’ll work directly with union members who have requested information about their benefits. Your job is to guide them, answer their questions, and make sure they feel confident in their choices.

On a typical day, you’ll meet with members by phone or video call, schedule consultations, explain benefit programs in plain language, handle follow-up, and complete required documentation. Each interaction matters because the protection you provide directly supports the financial security of hardworking families.

What We’re Looking For
