The Opportunity

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be the trusted advisor for our customers post-sale, ensuring they see measurable value from our platform. You’ll drive adoption, secure customer references, and own the revenue engine for your book of business through renewals and upsells. This role sits at the intersection of customer advocacy, business growth, and integration expertise.


Your Key Responsibilities

Renewals & Retention: Own the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring high retention rates and proactive risk mitigation.


Upsell & Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand customer usage of our iPaaS platform, positioning additional integrations and services.


Customer References: Develop customer advocates and secure referenceable clients through success stories, case studies, and participation in marketing initiatives.


Account Strategy: Build strategic account plans to align customer objectives with our integration roadmap.


Customer Advocacy: Partner with Product and Sales teams to bring customer insights back into the business and influence roadmap decisions.


Value Realization: Measure and communicate the business impact of our integrations to stakeholders, showing clear ROI.


Relationship Management: Serve as the primary post-sale contact, building long-term partnerships with HR, IT, and Finance leaders.

Required Skills And Attributes

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS / HR Tech.
  • Strong track record managing renewals and driving upsells within existing customer accounts.
  • Experience building executive-level relationships and securing customer references.
  • Understanding of HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, UKG, Paylocity, etc.) and the challenges of HR data integration.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Excellent negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to articulate business outcomes and ROI.
  • Excellent communication in French and English. 


Nice to Have

  • Experience with HR or financial data integrations.
