Forum's Venture Studio is more than an investor — we’re builders. Our team works side-by-side with founders from day zero, helping them validate ideas, launch products, and scale companies. Joining our internal team means playing a direct role in shaping the next generation of B2B SaaS startups, while contributing to the systems, processes, and culture that make our model thrive.
We’re looking for a Growth & GTM Lead on a 6-month contract. You’ll work directly with 3–5 portfolio founders across healthcare AI, enterprise SaaS, consumer apps, and more—helping them engage with customers, validate product-market fit, and run scrappy, channel-agnostic growth experiments.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in 0→1 environments, loves learning new industries quickly, and can operate across consumer and B2B contexts. You'll be learning alongside founders and adapting your approach to fit each company's unique market and customer base.
What You'll Do:
Growth Experimentation
Execute multi-channel experiments (email, LinkedIn, communities, partnerships, content, ads)
Test messaging, channels, and tactics to find repeatable acquisition loops
Build landing pages, run cold outreach campaigns, and coordinate launch moments
Track metrics and iterate quickly based on what's working
Leverage AI tools to accelerate testing and execution
Go-to-Market Strategy
Help founders define their ICP and craft compelling positioning
Manage multiple outbound campaigns
Identify distribution channels and partnership opportunities specific to each vertical
Support founders in building their first sales motions
Adapt strategies as you learn what works in different markets
You're A Fit If You Have
Required:
3-5+ years in growth, marketing, or GTM roles (startup or agency experience preferred)
Proven track record running successful customer acquisition experiments across multiple channels
Experience with both B2C and B2B go-to-market motions
Strong ability to execute: you're comfortable writing copy, running ads, doing cold outreach, and analyzing data
Comfort working across different companies and industries simultaneously—you adapt quickly and enjoy variety
Active user of AI tools and comfortable integrating them into your workflow
Scrappy mindset and high bias to action—you test fast and learn faster
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with ambiguity and working with pre-product founders
Bonus:
Experience at an early-stage startup (seed through Series A)
Background in product marketing or growth marketing roles
Experience working across multiple industries or with portfolio companies
Previous experience in venture capital, accelerators, or startup studios
Strong network in tech/startup communities
What Makes This Unique
Portfolio variety: Work with multiple founders simultaneously across healthcare, enterprise SaaS, consumer tech, and emerging verticals
Continuous learning: Every company teaches you something new about a different market, customer segment, and growth motion
Studio resources: Collaborate with our product design, engineering, and business teams to support founders
AI-native environment: Work alongside founders building AI products and use AI tools to accelerate your own work
High impact: Your work directly determines whether companies find PMF and secure their next round
