What You Will Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, assessing, and securing high-caliber candidates with specialized expertise in your specialized field. Ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and values of our clients, this dynamic role involves navigating the competitive talent market, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and providing strategic insights to ensure the perfect match that drives business success. Key responsibilities will include: 

Performance: 

  • Performance is driven by consistently sourcing, interviewing, and placing highly qualified candidates for each position, ensuring the successful completion of every search.
  • As a Recruitment Consultant running a 360 desk your success will be measured by your ability to balance business to business sales and talent acquisition activities while navigating the ever-changing employment landscape.

Network and Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and candidates, providing strategic recruitment solutions that help businesses secure top talent in the technical sales field.
  • Expand your network, elevate your personal brand, and build a powerful social media presence.
  • Attend industry specific events.

Recruitment Excellence:

  • Facilitate meaningful introductions and cultivate long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to foster ongoing success.
  • Conduct thorough pre-screen calls, reference checks, interviews, and follow up with candidates after placements to ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates, continuously developing talent pools for current and future client needs.
  • Proactively present available top talent to existing and prospective clients.
  • Fill roles such as: Technical Sales Specialist, Applications Engineer, Sales Engineer, and other similar positions.

Strategic Partner: 

  • Provide strategic advisory services to clients, offering insights into market trends and talent availability.
  • Transition from a service provider to a strategic partner by aligning recruitment strategies with client goals and fostering long-term relationships.

Desk Development: 

  • Constantly monitor industry job boards to actively secure new relationships with companies that are hiring.
  •  Drive corporate development by actively and proactively fostering robust client relationships, understanding their organizational needs, and collaborate to create customized recruitment strategies aligned with their goals.
  • Create and sustain momentum throughout the sales cycle on your desk, ensuring consistent progress forward. 

Compliance with Standards:

  • Adhere to Executrade’s processes and best practices, while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the recruitment process by utilizing the relevant templated documentation.

Talent Identification and Assessment: 

  • Conduct thorough market research, utilize various sourcing methods, and assess potential candidates to identify top-tier candidates with specialized expertise in technical sales that align with client needs. 

What You Bring to the Role

Education & Experience:

  • Subject matter expertise coupled with and established network of insurance industry professionals and hiring managers.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a recruiter in the staffing industry, or 5+ years in a selling focused role in the insurance industry.
  •  A track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates with specialized technical expertise.
  • Experience working in a KPI-driven, metrics-focused environment where you consistently exceeded expectations.
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams and Zoom.
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing strategies.
