  • Help organize and manage content shoots (photo + video).
  • Support SEO tasks (keyword research, on-page updates, tracking).
  • Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and track KPIs.
  • Provide lead generation support (lists, follow-ups, CRM tasks).
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and Creative Lead on client projects.

Must Haves (Non-Negotiable)
  • A 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (educated in Canada or the US).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Curious, self-driven mindset — thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must live in the Edmonton area and work in the St. Albert office 4 days per week (WFH Fridays).
  • Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident (no sponsorship available).
  • Collaborative mindset — thrives working with a team.
  • Application must include a 60–90 second video introduction about you and why you’re the best fit.

Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Later, Metricool, Hootsuite).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO or Google Analytics.
  • Interest in growing toward account management.

Perks:
  • WFH Fridays.
  • Fridays = Growth Days (1–2 hours weekly for training, trend research, and creativity).
  • Extended holiday break between Christmas and New Year.
  • Clear career path: Assistant → Coordinator → Strategist.
  • A collaborative team culture where we share inspiration, celebrate wins, and grow together.

Please submit:
  • Your resume.
  • A short cover letter (1 page max) highlighting your interest in marketing.
  • A 60–90 second video introducing yourself and explaining why you’re the best fit for this role.

Applications without all three components will not be considered.
