ROLE: MARKETING MANAGER

LOCATION: CANADA

REPORTS TO: Senior Vice President - Commercial 

Job Summary:

Exeevo is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead global marketing initiatives across its life sciences and healthcare technology portfolio. The role focuses on driving brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth through integrated campaigns and thought leadership.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with Exeevo’s business goals and market dynamics.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities to position Exeevo as a thought leader in the healthcare technology.
  • Enhance Exeevo’s brand positioning across digital and offline channels, ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Lead and manage multi-channel campaigns including digital, content, email, events, and social media to generate and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing programs.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to create sales enablement resources that support pipeline growth.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to improve funnel performance and customer acquisition.
  • Drive lead generation through strategic event participation and engagement
  • Implement email drip campaigns to nurture interest and convert prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing website that attracts, engages, and converts life sciences visitors into qualified leads and demo requests.
  • Expand Exeevo’s social media presence and credibility to influence pipeline opportunities and accelerate deal velocity through executive thought leadership and strategic storytelling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years in B2B marketing leadership, preferably in life sciences or SaaS.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in global teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with the healthcare and pharma ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of regulatory considerations in healthcare marketing.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical solutions into compelling value propositions.
