The incumbent will have strong interpersonal skills to promote and sell various HVAC-R products, primarily to authorized resellers of the residential brands distributed by the Master Group. He/she will be responsible for evaluating and maintaining the full sales potential of new and existing customers.
Customer account management:
- Evaluate customers' retailer agreement potential;
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products;
- Establish strategies to achieve sales objectives;
- Responsible for using CRM to manage customer accounts.
Represent Groupe Master products to customers:
- Promote and implement programs and promotions to retailers;
- Responsible for acquiring the technical knowledge required for product representation;
- Presentation of product applications for use in HVAC systems;
- Preparation of purchasing proposals and quotations;
- Preparation and presentation of promotional materials;
After-sales service :
- Communicate with customers to resolve problems after the sale and ensure follow-up;
- Coordinate with the after-sales service (AS) department to resolve technical problems.
Training and qualifications
- DEP, DEC or BAC in engineering or related field / relevant experience
- Sales-related training
- Experience in sales or in a technical field related to HVAC products

Required knowledge
- Very good spoken and written knowledge of French and English;
- Knowledge of the CVAC product range
Compensation Information:
Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus
The final salary will be determined based on the candidateβs skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
