Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead marketing campaigns including creating effective content, designing, and optimizing SFMC templates, journeys, campaigns, with Salesforce Service Cloud integration
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing to improve performance
- Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve results and drive growth
- Leverage data and marketing technology, analyze performance, and uncover insights to enable, orchestrate, and optimize omni-channel customer interactions and business growth
- Develop and execute marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels and drive customer loyalty and growth
- Collaborate with team members across the business including Analytics, Pricing, IT, and Customer Service to execute marketing campaigns and analyze results
- Conduct research, analysis, and testing to gain insights, understand customer behaviour and shape marketing strategy
- Stay abreast of strategic marketing trends and leverage data to inform strategies and campaigns
- Provide insight and marketing expertise for department planning, roadmap development and executive reporting
Qualifications
- A university degree, MBA preferred
- 5 years’ experience and at least 2 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with relevant certifications
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud integration an asset
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, visual)
- Highly collaborative team player with a learning and growth mindset
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
