We are looking for a Software Developer to join our dynamic team of talented professionals to create an innovative, industry-leading, automated security offering, and to define the best security products to protect the network infrastructure from cyber-attacks You will be part of an agile team responsible for the specification, design, development, and testing of the product.
Responsibilities
- Develop new micro services as shared components of the Netguard security products suite
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Optimise application for maximum speed and scalability
- Understand and apply core ML concepts or have experience with ML development
- Develop unit to end to end tests.
QualificationsYou Have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong track record in designing and building microservices and containerized applications
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Solid understanding of security best practices, including IAM, RBAC, certificate management, and secrets handling
- Proficiency in Java, Go, JavaScript, REST APIs, and SQL, along with front-end development using ReactJS
- Experience with unit testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts or hands-on experience in ML development
- Experience working with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Certification in Security or Ethical Hacking is required
It would be nice if you also had:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; a degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) is preferred.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
