Job Summary
Green's BrandSource Home Furnishings is looking for a Customer Service Summer Student to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally, you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule deliveries
- Collect payments, and update customer files
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and typing
- Utilize computerized systems such as POS, Microsoft Office and internet and other office equipment
Requirements:
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
- Positive attitude
Compensation: $18.20 per hour
