About this role
We're on the lookout for a junior UI/UX/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team! This role offers a unique blend of UI/UX design with a sprinkle of marketing. If you're passionate about creating captivating user experiences and eager to make your mark in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you!

This is an in-person role based out of our Sherwood Park, AB office.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

    • Actively participate in the creation of wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, bringing UX/UI design concepts to life.
    • Translate design concepts into functional prototypes
    • Work collaboratively with a large team of software developers to ensure accurate design execution, providing guidance throughout the development process.
    • Maintain design cohesion and consistency across our platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
    • Support marketing and branding efforts by creating design assets as needed.
    • Seek feedback from senior designers and actively participate in design critiques and discussions.
    • Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
    • Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

    • Previous experience or education in UI/UX Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
    • Strong knowledge of Figma
    • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) would be considered a bonus.
$50,000 - $55,000 a year
Salary ranges are based on experience, reflecting the unique skillset each individual brings to the role.
