Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Configure new client implementations in the Payroll and Core HR modules of UKG Ready
  • Lead client teams through the implementation via hands-on, end-to-end, configuration and testing - requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, build, test, rollout and support
  • Create and maintain requirements documentation and project plan
  • Validate data conversion
  • Manage the testing and acceptance of the delivered solutions
  • Partner with the Project Manager and Time & Labor Metrics consultant to execute the implementation plan of a multi-module project on a unified timeline
  • Manage multiple clients concurrently
  • Provides best practice solutions to clients through proven successful consulting ability
  • Presents material and facilitates working sessions for small to mid-sized client teamsRemain up-to-date and informed of UKG enhancements to product and methodology

Compensation

Base salary plus performance bonus of up to 10%
