Job Summary:

The Account Executive (100% remote) will work with qualified inbound leads as well as generate their own outbound leads that have an intent to purchase a workflow management software similar to Function Point. The AE will work to uncover the pain points of these prospective customers and demonstrate how Function Point creates value and lead them to their desired outcome, ultimately becoming successful customers.

Your Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Follow-up with qualified MQLs that have an intent to solve a business challenge in a timely manner.
  • Build rapport with prospective buyers ranging from managers, directors, to C-level executives.
  • Explore and understand each stakeholder's challenges and goals.
  • Customize each Function Point software demo to prospective buyer’s business challenges over the web.
  • Guide each prospective customer in managing business workflow changes.
  • Manage your sales pipeline to close new business consistently at or above quota.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to discover new opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Bring positivity to work every day and find solutions to overcome challenges.

Your Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years software sales experience, preferably in the SaaS space.
  • Thrive in fast-paced and high-energy environments, think on their feet with ability to understand and solve problems.
  • Love using technology to become efficient to get things done quickly - whether for you or for customers!
  • Experience in using CRM softwares such as SalesForce, Hubspot, or others.
  • Experience in forecasting your sales pipeline accurately
  • Strong desire to challenge yourself to be a little bit better every day.
  • A vision of your own legacy and have considered the steps to get there
  • A willingness to learn and become better each and every day
