Key responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

  • Actively seek new opportunities on a regular basis ("Hunting"):<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/ul>
    • Active prospecting to identify opportunities and establish the initial trusted contact;<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Represent R2i at major events for business development. (Exhibition, fairs, networks);<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Participate and invite customers to events;<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li> <\/ul> <\/blockquote>
      • Perform after\-sales follow\-up and account development ("Farming"):<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>
        • Nurturing existing relationships;<\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Identify needs and position the R2i global offer;<\/span>
          <\/span><\/li> <\/ul> <\/blockquote>
          • Work as part of a team to develop sales strategies:<\/span>
            <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>
            • Integral sales cycle management and administrative compliance;<\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Manage the entire sales component of the sales process;<\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Prospecting and qualifying opportunities;<\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Write and present proposals;<\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Close sales and nurture relationships;<\/span>

              • Manage communication with the customer:<\/span>

                • Delivery, logistics, contract management;<\/span>

                  • Meet and exceed R2i's sales targets;<\/span>

                  • Submission\/negotiation of bids and contract award;<\/span>
                    <\/span><\/li>
                  • Systematic updating of tools in the CRM at each key stage (Administrative rigour);<\/span>

                    <\/p>

                    Profile <\/b><\/span>required<\/b><\/span>
                    <\/p>

                    • Have at least five (5) years of experience in IT solution sales (IT infrastructure, cloud computing, data center, managed services);<\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>
                    • Proven experience in managing major accounts;<\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>
                    • Understanding of R2i's global offering;<\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>
                    • Knowledge of manufacturing ecosystems (e.g. IBM, Dell, Lenovo, Azure) an asset.<\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>
                    • Ability to work in both French and English (spoken and written). The job requires proficiency in English at a professional level. The candidate will interact on a weekly basis either with R2i (2) offices in Ontario or with various English\-speaking customers or business partners.;​<\/span>

                      • Relationship leadership: ability to be the entry point for the customer in the prospecting and negotiation phase, while managing expectations during the delivery phase;<\/span>
                        <\/span><\/li>
                      • Coordination: ability to mobilize and coordinate internal resources (inside sales and architects) without losing commercial control of the file;<\/span>
                        <\/span><\/li>
                      • Resilience and priority management.<\/span>
