Ta mission

Rattaché à la production du film "PLAYMOBIL" au studio de Montréal, vous serez en charge de diverses tâches de coordination autour de la campagne marketing international et la sortie mondiale du film:

  • Suivi avec les distributeurs internationaux : répondre aux demandes de matériel et d’information;
  • Suivi des plannings, monitoring des échéances et des livraisons de matériel;
  • Préparation et logistiques des différents déplacements et évènements autour de la promotion mondiale du film;
  • Suivi et gestion du matériel de promotion livré aux distributeurs;
  • Coordination avec les équipes artistiques et de production du studio pour la création du matériel de la campagne marketing;
  • Assister le producteur associé dans la gestion et le suivi des partenaires du film (placement de produit, opérations promotionnelles).

Your mission

As part of the production of the PLAYMOBIL movie at our Montreal studio, you will be responsible for various coordination tasks pertaining to the international marketing campaign and global release of the film:

  • Follow up with international distributors; respond to material and information requests;
  • Follow up with schedules, deadlines, and material deliveries;
  • Prepare the logistics of various trips and events regarding the promotion of the film;
  • Follow up and manage promotional material delivered to distributors;
  • Coordinate with the Art and Production teams the creation of material for marketing campaigns;
  • Assist the Associate Producer managing and following up with film partners (product placement, promotional operations).

Qualifications

Tes qualifications

  • Diplôme pertinent dans un programme connexe;
  • Organisé, rigoureux, motivé et « débrouillard »;
  • Bon relationnel;
  • Bon rédactionnel;
  • Réactif;
  • Bonne gestion des urgences;
  • Très bonne maitrise du pack office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Niveau d’anglais et de francais indispensable (à l’écrit comme à l’oral);
  • Une expérience préalable en distribution cinéma est un plus.

Your qualifications

  • Pertinent degree in a related field;
  • Organized, motivated, and resourceful;
  • Good communication;
  • Good editing skills;
  • Able to handle and manage emergencies;
  • Excellent of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent written and spoken in French and English;
  • Previous experience in Film Distribution is a plus.
