About the role

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our fast-paced tech Startup and its dynamic team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Niricson’s presence in the Japanese civil infrastructure market, working directly with clients and stakeholders in Japan. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with our future and existing infrastructure customers. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Niricson’s technology can address their challenges effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Pay: Base Salary ($65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience) + Commission
