Overview:
A Customer Experience & Boutique Lead is the heartbeat of the store. We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused team member to take ownership of both our boutique experience and customer service communications. Think of yourself as both the host and the conductor—you ensure everything runs smoothly on the sales floor and behind the scenes. If you’ve been a Key Holder, Retail Sales Lead, or held a similar frontline role, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
· Bilingual (French-English) — an asset, but a big plus.
· Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting tools
· An eye for visual merchandising and in-store presentation
