About the role

Leadbox is currently seeking an outstanding Customer Success Manager with experience working with automotive dealers, websites and digital marketing. You are a top performer in your current role, and your customers see you as a resource for their business beyond your core products. Your colleagues both enjoy their time with you, and they learn as much from you as you enjoy learning from them.


We have a group of amazing clients, and we want you to help take great care of them, both strategically and operationally. You will grow your business with existing clients and find more great referral clients to add to your portfolio. You will have the opportunity to develop as a leader on your team and within our organization.


We will support and coach you with help from a Business Development Team, a Creative Team, a Technical Team, and a Dealer Success Director. You will have a significant opportunity to grow with our organization as we develop our business as a nationwide leader in the Automotive Marketing and Technology industries. 


A few of your primary responsibilities

  • You will quickly develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • You will work with clients and the Leadbox team to develop monthly and quarterly marketing strategies
  • You will ensure the accuracy of your client's marketing on a monthly basis.
  • You will help to maintain the high level of service that has enabled us to work with nationally approved Dealership marketing programs and Dealer Groups.
  • You will spend 30% of your time regularly visiting your assigned accounts in person to provide Leadbox White Glove Service.
  • You will consider our three core pillars in all your decision-making.


    A few things you will learn along the way

    • How to build an effective digital marketing plan for clients.
    • How to leverage data to explain how digital marketing is achieving desired outcomes.
    • How to connect the dots to understand the “why” behind the data.
    • A deep understanding of the automotive and digital marketing business.


    A few basic requirements

    • Experience working directly with Automotive Dealers and Dealer Groups is an asset.
    • Experience in digital advertising, SEO, and analytics
    • Knowledge of online advertising and experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media Marketing and Google Analytics.
    • Highly competent with today's business software tools.
    • Bachelor's degree or college diploma (concentration in marketing or sales is an asset).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French and Spanish an asset).
    • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
