As Canada’s leading clothing retailer of high-end menswear, Harry Rosen is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department. Based in Toronto and operating in major centres across the country, we have been in business for over 70 years and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and customer experiences.

As part of the Performance Marketing team, this role will be responsible for coordinating affiliate and partnership marketing programs, while also supporting digital media initiatives and reporting activities. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

Affiliate Marketing

· Assist with the day-to-day operations of affiliate marketing programs for Harry Rosen and FinalCut, including setting up offers, creating tracking links, managing promo codes, and helping with partner communications.

· Help ensure campaign tracking and compliance are properly set up using affiliate marketing platforms.

Partnership Marketing

· Support the execution of partnership campaigns by helping brief internal teams, track timelines, gather creative assets, and coordinate approvals.

· Join partner and agency meetings to take notes and provide follow-up support as needed.

· Research potential new affiliate and partnership opportunities that align with business goals.

Digital Media

· Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across channels such as social, SEM, SEO, influencer, and programmatic, ensuring campaigns launch on time and on budget.

· Coordinate and manage campaign assets, including briefing creative requirements, reviewing for digital best practices, and aligning delivery timelines with in-market dates.

· Leverage performance data and insights to support audience targeting, campaign optimizations, and budget pacing across platforms.

Reporting & Insights

· Assist in pulling data and compiling post-campaign reports, recaps, and internal summaries to highlight results, insights, and areas for improvement.

· Support weekly and monthly KPI reporting using internal dashboards and third-party platforms.

· Help track performance of affiliate and partnership campaigns, flagging notable trends or anomalies for review.

Department Initiatives Support

· Help with basic administrative tasks such as coordinating contracts, processing invoices, and tracking budgets.

· Contribute to process improvements and team operations by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance documentation, and support knowledge sharing across the marketing team.

· Assist with other cross-functional marketing initiatives, seasonal planning efforts, and department-wide projects as required.

The successful candidate will have the following background and experience:

Education & Experience

· Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, digital media, or e-commerce role (internship or co-op experience considered an asset).

· Experience working with affiliate and digital marketing platforms is an asset.

· Interest or knowledge of luxury fashion and retail space is an asset.

· Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
