Job Summary
Timeless Medical Systems® is looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team and create engaging, effective training materials for our software products. In this role, you'll manage the full training lifecycle, from initial needs analysis to final delivery and evaluation. You'll work with the training team and the subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop a variety of self-paced training resources, including job aids, instructional videos, and interactive simulations.
Join our small, collaborative team of three experts in content creation. Despite spanning three time zones, we're a tight-knit and in-tune group that works together seamlessly using tools like Microsoft Word, FrameMaker, and ActivePresenter.
The incumbent will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the training team by supporting the Senior Training Manager in identifying specific needs and ensuring we continue to deliver world-class training for both internal and external customers.
