Responsibilities:
- Oversee CRM and database management, including segmentation, analysis, and decision-making based on lead behavior.
- Manage email marketing, creating automated campaigns for a personalized customer experience.
- Provide insights on ad spend and lead quality through reporting and data analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize funnel performance and customer journey.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for funnel stages and overall lifecycle.
- Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize funnel performance.
- Identify process improvement areas within CRM systems and workflows, streamlining tasks and automating processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting related to CRM usage and integrations.
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM systems like Hubspot or Active Campaign.
- Proficiency in CRM management, particularly Active Campaign.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
