LabX Media Group is currently seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist with a strong and sustained focus on email marketing to take the lead in evolving our email marketing programs across multiple brands. This role will start with a comprehensive audit of our email marketing strategy to identify gaps and opportunities, then establish a solid, scalable foundation to support long-term growth.
Beyond the initial audit, the role will involve continuously identifying and implementing email marketing best practices to optimize performance. The successful candidate will also be expected to track and analyze campaign data to clearly demonstrate the impact of ongoing improvements and initiatives.
In addition to email marketing ownership, you’ll support broader marketing operations through regular HubSpot maintenance and general assistance with cross-functional marketing projects. A strong willingness to learn our tools and systems will be essential for success in this multifaceted role.
