Position Summary

CareRx is in an exciting growth phase and is seeking to hire a Part-time Pharmacy Assistant/Seniors Health Care Aide to join our off-site team at a Senior's Care Home in Surrey, BC. This is a part-time opportunity. We offer a flexible schedule, and an opportunity to work with a talented team doing meaningful work for nurses and residents of the elderly care home. You will provide support to the team by assisting with Med pass and translating for the Korean residents.

Your Day to Day:

  • As a Pharmacy Assistant or Health Care Aide employed by CareRx Burnaby pharmacy, you will provide offsite support -- carryout medication pass -- at a senior's community in Surrey, BC, on a part-time basis, split shifts 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Shifts are available 7 days a week.
  • Ongoing communication with nurses and Directors of Care in LTC and RH facilities regarding medication management systems, improvement, and compliance
  • Other responsibilities that may be assigned
