The Sales Operations Coordinator will report into the Senior Manager, Sales and Commercial Operations and will be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of customer demand by coordinating cross-functionally to meet that demand and serve as the point of contact for customer needs and order issues. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross functionally with other departments to ensure timely and accurate activities are developed and maintained; 

  • Initiate and lead discussions and projects that maintain and improve the customer experience; 

  • List products with customers and serve as the point of contact for customer needs and order issues; 

  • Setup and maintain products and customers across systems; 

  • Acquire and process purchase orders through operations team; 

  • Maintain continuous up to date information about the current landscape of the Cannabis industry;  

  • Generate additional sales revenue through superior customer service on all existing orders; and 

  • Initiate and lead discussions and projects that maintain and improve the customer experience. 

  • Execute product and GS1 submissions with meticulous attention to detail, assisting in the process from submission to launch.

  • Maintain up-to-date product information with all customers

  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Procurement, Supply Chain, International Business Management, Logistics etc.);  

  • Technical proficiency across the full MS suite and ERP systems; 

  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking; and 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required. 

  • Understanding of the Cannabis industry and sales landscape

  • Knowledge and awareness of Cannabis industry trends
