We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who’s passionate about helping small businesses and their teams discover tools that make a real impact. You’ll lead GTM for one of two key areas:

  • Hiring & HR tools (high priority)

  • Employee-facing products (Cash Out, Pay Anyday, Perks & Benefits)

You’ll drive strategy, execution, and messaging—bringing both speed and precision to how we launch and grow products. You’ll also contribute to a culture of innovation by embedding emerging technologies like AI to accelerate impact. 🧠 These are the key ways you’ll contribute and create impact in this role:

  • Lead and execute on product marketing initiatives to drive adoption, engagement, and long-term customer value

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Success to launch products and fuel usage

  • Manage and improve campaign execution using customer insights, usage data, and market signals

  • Develop messaging and GTM strategy tailored to SMBs that scales across channels

  • Create content and enablement that empowers Sales and Success to deliver value across the customer journey

  • Apply modern marketing tools—including AI-powered workflows and experimentation frameworks—to move faster and work smarter

🚀 The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:

  • 7+ years of product marketing or related experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or SMB-focused tech

  • Proven success driving GTM and growth initiatives independently

  • Strong messaging, positioning, and storytelling chops with technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience applying critical thinking to AI tool usage and workflow optimization, with a bias toward experimentation and responsible scaling

  • Curiosity and learning agility to explore new technologies and share practical insights with the team

  • An analytical mindset with comfort navigating data, segmenting audiences, and measuring impact

  • Ability to collaborate in the office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
