Administrative Intern, Full Time Temporary (Summer Grant) Position (1 Position)
The Administrative Assistant Intern will be responsible for assisting the administrative functions of our church office
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the administrative functions of the church office
- Support project management (planning, reporting, execution)
- Digitize and organize file archives
- Database management
Additional Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
- Complete the Abuse Prevention process
- Proven competencies in Conflict Resolution, flexibility/adaptability, and love for Jesus
- Attend staff meetings and staff chapels as scheduled
- Follow and live by the “Rule of Life” adopted by the entire SPAC staff, and adhere to the policies and procedures of the Staff Handbook
Qualifications:
- Must be between the ages of 15 – 30
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- One to two years of food service experience is considered an asset
- Proven competencies in Conflict Resolution, Flexibility/Adaptability, and Love for Jesus
Working Hours: 35 hours per week – hourly wage
Reporting to: Office Manager
