We are expanding our internal Talent Acquisition team to support our Dealership and Gemini Portfolios. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across North America, partnering directly with hiring managers to identify, assess, and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple open requisitions, recruiting for a variety of roles (support, marketing, R&D, software trainers, management, director-level, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and consult on sourcing strategies.
- Create and post professional job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
- Proactively source candidates through online databases, social media, and networking platforms.
- Review resumes, conduct initial pre-screen interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Provide hiring managers with detailed candidate profiles and screening notes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Expectation is to fill between 20–30 roles per year, depending on business needs and recruitment volume.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment activities, maintain accurate candidate records, and provide status updates.
- Collaborate with HR through the selection, offer, and onboarding stages.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, with proven success in full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience recruiting across various functions and levels, from entry-level to leadership roles.
- Strong process management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficient in sourcing through social media, job boards, and networking platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms is an asset.
- Familiarity with monday.com is a plus.
