This position will assume a role with the Coinamatic team with a focus on data entry, tracking, analyzing, and communicating deals as they are completed from the sales team to back-office processing and systems setup.

What you will do:

  • Organization and maintenance of major account portfolios
  • Assist the sales organization, with bid management and creation of proposals. Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal and deal analysis.
  • Ensure all documentation are correctly collated in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Entering sales proposals into the company system and ensuring daily reports and accounts are up to date.
  • Keeping and maintaining the company database updated with potential opportunities, new customers, and contact information.
  • Preparation, organization, and maintenance of contract records and files
  • Archiving, printing, and filing internal copies of customer agreements, and mailing out copies of customer contracts.
  • Work with peers in a strong team atmosphere, collaborating, influencing, and improving items outside of normal ownership.
  • Reviewing of material sales contract, provide guidance and approvals to the Sales organization.
  • Work closely with sales organization in the areas of pricing, deal structure, approvals, provide data driven recommendations, and analytical support.
  • Provide financial and client base reports.
  • Assist with administrative work as needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experienced in an office environment and Sales or Administrative roles
  • Experience data entry
  • Comfortable with basic functions and formatting in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • French Language Skills is a plus
