The Opportunity:

As VP of Marketing, you’ll be the strategic architect and hands-on driver of

our brand, demand generation, and market positioning. You’ll own the full

marketing ecosystem — from inbound and outbound campaigns to content

strategy, digital performance, and partnerships. This is a rare opportunity to

build a marketing engine from the ground up, shaping the future of a

company poised for long-term market leadership.


As our first-ever VP of Marketing, you will be a key member of our executive

leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will own the entire

marketing function, from strategy to execution, and be responsible for

crafting a cohesive brand narrative that resonates with both our clients (hiring

managers) and our candidates (sales professionals).


What You'll Do:

Develop and Execute a Cohesive Marketing Strategy — Build and own the

end-to-end marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate high-

quality leads, and support our recruiting teams. Includes brand marketing,

content marketing, digital marketing, PR, and events.

 Brand Leadership — Define, evolve, and champion our brand identity,

messaging, and value proposition in the market. Ensure brand consistency

and manage PR to enhance our reputation.

 Demand Generation — Build and execute multi-channel campaigns

(content, email, SEO/SEM, social, events, ABM) to drive qualified leads.

Own

pipeline metrics and ROI.

 Candidate Marketing — Design and deliver campaigns to attract top-tier

sales candidates and support sourcing teams for project-specific candidate

needs.

 Digital Growth — Oversee web presence, conversion optimization, and

marketing automation to maximize lead flow and nurture relationships.

 AI-Driven Marketing Innovation — Leverage AI tools for personalization,

targeting, content creation, analytics, and customer experience. Stay ahead

of trends to maintain a competitive advantage.

 Thought Leadership — Position Peak as the go-to authority in high-

performance sales recruiting through content, PR, and partnerships.

 Data-Driven Optimization — Own marketing analytics, reporting, and KPIs

to continuously improve ROI.

 Team Leadership — Recruit, develop, and lead a small but high-

performing

marketing team and agency partners.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with Sales, Client Success, and

Executive Leadership to align marketing with business objectives.

Who You Are:

 A Strategic Builder — Proven track record of building and scaling

marketing in high-growth companies, ideally in B2B services, SaaS, or

recruiting/HR tech.

 Full-Stack Marketer — Comfortable with both high-level strategy and

hands-on execution across brand, demand gen, digital, and AI marketing.

 AI-Savvy Innovator — Deep understanding of AI marketing tools,

automation platforms, and data analytics.

 Sales & Recruiting Enthusiast — Passionate about building elite sales
