Responsibilities:
· Fulfill requisitions for ingredients
· Daily rotation of raw material inventory in dry storage rooms, freezer, and coolers
· Daily lot tracking of all raw material and packaging that is received
· Completion of daily orders and placing them with suppliers when needed
· Weekly recipe lot tracking audits to assist the Q/A department
· Checking stock levels daily
· Preparing monthly inventory reports
· Receiving trucks when needed and required
· Assist with receiving activities, as needed
- Use forklift when required to move materials
· Act as back-up for Receiving Clerk while that person is on break or absent
Experience:
Licence/Certification:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Receiving
- Current Raymond Reach certificate required
· Attention to detail; mathematical and desktop computer skills
· Knowledge of Health & Safety, GMP and HACCP requirements an asset
· Knowledge of baked good commodities (ingredients and packaging) an asset
· Good interpersonal skills
· Capable of lifting to 25KG
· Able to stand for extended periods and perform a variety of activities which may include lifting, bending, stretching, squatting, pulling, exposure to heat or freezer temperatures
· Variable hours as noted above
Pay Rate:
$18 to $20 per hour BOE
Shift:
4pm to 11:30pm
